9.30 - 11.00 am - Session 1 with three concurrent workshops:

1.00 - 2.00 pm: Lunch - Assorted wraps, baguettes/vegetarian selection/ gluten free salad, juice, organic coffee and tea

4.00 - 5.00 pm - Closing Session with Sue Daniel and Colleagues
