This two-day workshop aims to give participants a greater ability to practice these methods in their field of work and gain further knowledge and experience about systems, groupwork, relationships and leadership. The emphasis is on experiential learning with a theoretical input. Role training, psychodrama and sociometry are extremely useful methods for conflict resolution. They contribute to the clear expression of feelings in a safe way when facing previously unknown situations and to building mutual role relationships. The workshop is for psychodrama trainees and people who are working in health and education fields, organisations and communities.
