THE
GROUP:
Life provides many positive
challenges and possibilities, which are ours if we have the courage to take
them. The aim of self-development is to
live life creatively, spontaneously and with vision. These weekly sessions are
for those who want to explore and enter into the deeper aspects of self with
the aim of developing greater resilience, vitality and more effective
relationships with self and others. There are opportunities to develop new
roles and perspectives, acknowledge, celebrate and value old roles, to clear
obstacles and resolve minor conflicts of living in your personal or
professional life. This group has been running for over five years. New people join. It is particularly useful for psychodrama trainees and accredited practitioners who want to embark on some personal development using the psychodrama method.
THE LEADER:
Sue is a trainer, educator and
practitioner of psychodrama, psychologist and individual and group psychotherapist
in private practice. She is the director of the Psychodrama Institute of
Melbourne, Founder of the Australian and Aotearoa Board of Psychodrama and a
member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Group
